Manila · Events management since 2010

Hosted, coordinated, scented, and remembered.

Most celebrations are assembled from strangers — a host who has never met the coordinator, a photographer finding out the program changed at 8pm. We do it the other way round. The host, the coordination team, the guest perfume bar and the camera crew all come from one house, rehearsing off one call sheet. You get an event that runs itself, and a day you actually get to enjoy.

What we do

Four disciplines. One production.

Each of these is a business on its own. Booked together, they stop being four suppliers and start behaving like one production team — which is the entire point.

Hosting · DJ Toni Tubero

The voice that holds the room

Toni came up in radio before moving full-time to the stage, and it shows: he reads a room the way a DJ reads a crowd. He knows when to stretch a segment because the food is late, and when to cut one because the energy has peaked. Bilingual, clean, never corny.

  • Weddings, debuts, kids' parties, corporate nights
  • Mall shows, product launches and concert hosting
  • Script and program flow written with your coordinator, not around them
  • Live adjustments on the fly — without the guests ever noticing

The people who make it look easy

Tessa heads the coordination team, and this is where the stress goes to die. Supplier confirmations, ingress schedules, contingency plans, the seventeen small decisions on event day that nobody should have to bring to the celebrant. Detail-obsessed, unfailingly calm.

  • Full planning, month-of, or on-the-day coordination
  • Supplier management and one consolidated call sheet
  • Minute-by-minute run of show, rehearsed before the day
  • Dedicated coordinators for the celebrant, the program and the suppliers

Guest experience · The Perfume Bar

The detail nobody expects

A styled scent bar where guests blend and bottle a fragrance to take home — a favour, an activity and a photo moment in one station. It gives the cocktail hour somewhere to go, and it makes your event the one people describe rather than the one they merely attended.

  • Attended bar with curated note library and custom blending
  • Personalised labels — names, dates, your event's monogram
  • Signature scent for the venue, matched to your palette
  • Doubles as your giveaway: no more forgotten table favours

The record you keep

Our partner studio shoots every EMM production, which means the camera team already knows the program, already knows where the host will land, and is already in position before the moment happens. Coverage that anticipates instead of chases.

  • Full-day photo and video coverage
  • Same-day edit, highlight film and full documentary cut
  • Prenup, pre-debut and corporate brand shoots
  • Gallery delivered through your event's own website
The difference

Your event will not be ruined by a bad supplier. It will be ruined by two good ones who have never worked together.

Hosting and coordination are the two roles that have to breathe in sync all night long. When they come from different companies, every timing decision becomes a negotiation. Here is what that actually looks like.

The usual way

Six suppliers, six group chats

  1. The host and the coordinator meet for the first time on event day.
  2. Program changes live in one person's head and never reach the camera team.
  3. Dinner runs late. Nobody has the authority to compress the program, so the last segment gets cut.
  4. The photographer misses the entrance because nobody told them it was moved up.
  5. Something goes wrong and every supplier points at the other one.
  6. You — the celebrant — end up coordinating your own event.
The EMM way

One house, one call sheet

  1. Toni and Tessa have run fifteen years of events together. The chemistry is pre-existing.
  2. One run of show, shared live with the host, the coordinators and the camera team.
  3. Dinner runs late — the host stretches a segment while coordination resets. Guests notice nothing.
  4. The camera crew is already in position, because they were in the same briefing.
  5. Something goes wrong and one team owns it, in the room, in real time.
  6. You get handed a drink and told where to stand. That is the whole job.

"There are plenty of good event teams in Manila. What is rare is a team whose parts have already rehearsed with each other for a decade. That is not a service you can assemble — it is one you either have or you don't."

How we work

Six checkpoints between "we're interested" and "that was perfect."

Nothing here is improvised. Every EMM event runs on the same spine, scaled to the size of the celebration.

Step 01 · Day 0

Discovery & date hold

A call or a coffee. We listen to what kind of night you're imagining, check the date against our calendar, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. Your date is held free for seven days.

Tessa · Coordination
Step 02 · T–90 days

The blueprint

Your proposal, package and a first-draft run of show — not a generic template, an actual minute-by-minute built around your ceremony, your program numbers and your guest list. Contract signed, date locked.

Tessa & Toni
Step 03 · T–60 days

Guest site goes live

We build your event its own website — invitation, program, RSVP, seating and a QR ticket for every guest. You stop chasing replies in Messenger; the headcount updates itself.

EMM Studio
Step 04 · T–30 days

Supplier alignment

Every supplier — ours and yours — gets the same call sheet, the same ingress time and the same contact. Scent bar notes are finalised. Shot list is agreed with the camera team.

Full team
Step 05 · T–7 days

Final briefing & rehearsal

Program walkthrough with the host, the coordinators and the entourage. Guest reconfirmation goes out automatically. Final headcount to the caterer with a number you can trust.

Toni · Hosting
Step 06 · Event day

You show up. That's it.

Coordinators on site from ingress. Guests check in by QR at the door. Scent bar opens with cocktails. Host takes the room. Gallery and files land in your event site afterwards.

Good to know

The questions we get every week.

No. Plenty of clients book coordination only, or hosting only. We'll tell you honestly which combination your event actually needs — and if you already have a photographer you love, we'll brief them the same way we brief our own.

For weddings and debuts, six to twelve months. For corporate year-end events, book by August — November and December fill first. That said, message us anyway: we keep a short waitlist and dates do open up.

Regularly. Tagaytay, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal and Pampanga are routine. Further out is fine too — we'll just include travel and accommodation for the team in the quote so there are no surprises.

A styled, attended station where guests blend their own scent from a curated note library and take home a personalised bottle. It works as your giveaway, an activity during cocktails, and a photo moment — three problems solved by one table.

Included in every package. RSVP, guest list, QR tickets, seating, reconfirmation and door check-in — all of it. If you want a custom domain instead of a subdomain, that's a small add-on.

Standard terms are a reservation fee to lock the date, a second payment at T–30, and the balance on or before event day. We'll put the exact schedule in your proposal — and it doesn't change afterwards.

Talk to us early and we'll do everything we can to move your reservation to a new date instead of losing it. We've been through typhoons and lockdowns with clients; we'd rather reschedule you than keep your deposit.
